چکیده

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of vitamin E and nanoparticle-sized (NVE) in a broiler diet on growth performance, blood profiles, meat quality. A total 45 one-day-old Arbor Acres broilers (initial body weight 37.00 ± 0.41 g) were used this experiment for 28 days. All randomly allocated into three dietary treatments randomized complete block design. The as follows: basal (CON), supplementing with 380 mg/kg (T1), NVE (T2). Each treatment had five replicates birds per cage. On days 0-7, T1 T2 groups significantly increased (P<0.05) gain compared CON group. Also, content breast In shearing force, group showed lower tendency (P=0.070) than higher (P=0.086) b* (yellowness) value day 7 after end experiment, decreased TBA values conclusion, supplementation or can improve performance starter period, reduce through antioxidant action E, prevent lipid oxidation, shelf life.

Effects of Dietary Combinations of Vitamin A, E and Methionine on Growth Performance, Meat Quality and Immunity in Commercial Broilers

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary combinations of vitamin A (VA), vitamin E (VE) and methionine (Met) on growth performance, meat quality and immunity in commercial broilers. Ross chicks (n=3,630) were allocated to five experimental treatments with three replicates per diet. The dietary treatments were: VA 8,000 IU, VE 10 IU (diet 1); VA 12,000 IU, VE 10 IU (diet 2); V...

The effect of carrier for vitamin E on liver concentrations of vitamin E and vitamin E excretion in broilers.

Two experiments were conducted to determine the effect of 2 carrier sources of vitamin E on growth performance and excreta and liver vitamin E concentrations of broilers. Chicks were pretested from d 0 to 7 posthatching on a corn-soybean meal diet without vitamin E supplementation, and the experiments lasted from d 7 to 19 posthatching. Each treatment in both experiments was replicated with 6 p...

Effect of Vitamin E on Blood Glucose, Lipid Profile and Blood Pressure in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

OBJECTIVE: Type 2 diabetes is associated with elevated oxidative stress and decline in antioxidant defense. Vitamin E supplementation reduces oxidative stress level in diabetic pa-tients. Purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of vitamin E supplementation on glycemic control and lipid profile in type 2 diabetic patients. MATERIAL AND METHODS: In this study 31 type 2 diabetic patient...

Effects of modified tall oil and vitamin E on growth performance, carcass characteristics, and meat quality of growing-finishing pigs.

Crossbred barrows (n = 72) were used to evaluate effects of diet supplementation with modified tall oil (MTO; 0.0 or 0.50%) and vitamin E (0, 22, or 110 IU/kg) on growth performance, carcass traits, and longissimus muscle (LM) quality traits of finishing pigs. Pigs were blocked by ancestry and initial BW and allotted randomly to treatments in a 2 x 3 factorial. Corn-soybean meal-based diets wer...

Effects of Vitamin E in Neonates and Young Infants

Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) is a potent and natural antioxidant. Vitamin E is concentrated from soybean oil. The Committee on Fetus and Newborn of the Academy of the American of Pediatrics endorsed 1 to 2 mg/dl as the normal range of serum tocopherol level. Human infants are born with low stores of vitamin E, thus they require an adequate intake of vitamin E soon after birth. The optimum intra...
